About the Challenge

The Codex Community Challenge is an opportunity for developers, builders, students, and AI enthusiasts to explore the OpenAI platform and turn ideas into real-world projects.

Participants are encouraged to build any creative, useful, or impactful application using OpenAI models and tools. Whether it's a productivity tool, educational platform, local problem-solving solution, developer utility, AI agent, automation workflow, or something completely unique, the goal is to experiment, learn, and showcase what can be built with modern AI.

Selected participants will receive OpenAI platform credits to help them build, test, and deploy their ideas. Outstanding projects may also receive community recognition and additional support opportunities.

We welcome builders of all experience levels. The focus is on creativity, execution, and demonstrating how AI can be used to solve meaningful problems.
